Before they would have either phoned their own helpline number or pulled up my account on their computer.... now I was given a brochure with yet another automated number and sent on my way. I just hope the young man in question doesn't need help in his old age......."
"It was a large supermarket with an excellent selection of wine, cheese and also gardening stuff amongst many other things. I bought some of each and a metal frog decoration for the neighbour who does my watering. As usual I confused other drivers in the car park."
