Several months later while we were in the States we changed our minds again and contacted him and sent him a key. "We had an agreement to buy a property for cash listed by this company. They were slow to arrange the comp de vent . We are US citizens And due to the coronavirus France and the US were in lockdown and unable to come to France. We corresponded back-and-forth with the owner and the real estate agent and agreed soon as the lockdown was over we would come to sign the papers and give the monies . All were in agreement. Then to find today the agency sold our property to someone else and did not even correspond this to us .. We had my brother flown in from the United States to look at the property . It was very unprofessional for them to turn around and sell it to someone else and not even email or call and to say they couldn’t wait and the deal was off .We find this behavior very unprofessional and very upsetting. I then read a review listed on google .. Seems that they have done this before to other people.. see review.... I am not familiar with real estate law in France . But I do what is proper and professional behavior of a company .. this was not.. it was the complete opposite ..This whole affair is really unsettling and totally unprofessional. So beware .."

"No ethics, I wasted over 3000 euros in flights, after an accepted offer the real estate agent owner as there is only one agent and one owner. Sold us out but stung us along and did not have the professsonalism to email or call us. We had to wait for the covid 19 restrictions to be lifted . We offered a deposit but were told no worries and the property has sold and we did not even know till we happen to look at the website. The notire had all our information AND PAPER WORK DONE ...... This is totally unprofessional ... so buyers be ware.............."
