"I decided to try a year to see if there was any benefit to it, there was not. I received a few calls at the beginning explaining the work I needed to do. I did it... not really sure what they did. your basic run around to cancel. I just refused to pay as they refuse to just cancel the subscription. They still try to harrasse me as much as possible even though I have been rather polite."

No improvements as promised, features didn't work, cancelled subscription in October as T&C's said 15 days notice after trying since 2022- Now they are saying only on the 12 month anniversary and they still try to take payment every month - I've reported and called my AmEx to say its a scam. They are not providing a service and they should stop trying to charge my card. Terrible business, avoid at all costs!!"
